Jag har ett "recept" på Legbar som skulle vara kul att prova om det går att ta fram själv .
Nu till frågan De två första generationerna tror jag inte blir så svårt att se vilka djur som ska sparas och vilka som ska sorteras ur . Där skiljer färgerna mellan tvärrandigt och ej tvärrandigt eller mellan brunt och svart .
Men sedan i nästa generation så ska man börja sortera mellan homozygota och heterozygota tvärrandiga bruna , hur ser jag skillnad mellan dessa två väldigt "lika" färger ?

Hönor är alltid heterozygota för tvärandigt då färgen är könsbunden och hönor bara har en "stor" könskromosom. (det är den lilla som gör dem till hönor)
Att dom bara har tvärrandningen i enkel uppsättning gör att den vita randen blir smalare.
Tuppar som är heterozygota är mörka som hönor men en smal vit rand. Homozygota tuppar är ljusare med en bredare vit rand.
Chabotuppen på denna bild är heterozygot och mörk liksom den tvärrandig hönan.
