En tupp i hönshuset kunde inte gå i gårkväll. Nu på morgonen var situationen likadan så jag tog beslutet att ta bort honom.
Kan jag äta den eller ska jag elda upp den med tanke på smittorisken?

Marek smittar inte människor så rent tekniskt är det nog inga problem att äta den för din del. Själv har jag dock lite svårt att äta sjuka djur.
Marek finns ju redan i din besättning i och med att din tupp har blivit sjuk så ur smittohänseende spelar nog din hantering mindre roll. Även om det är mest just mot det sjuka djuret att avliva så fort som möjligt när det har gått så långt.
