Hej!
Min 85-åriga kakelugn fungerar till belåtenhet, och ger god värme, men det har den ju rutin på. Det är tillåtet att kommentera mitt eldande ; således mitt "del-eldande" med tidningar. Givetvis rör det sig om de "vanliga" publikationerna, inte de blanka varianterna!
Rullar dem så hårt det går, och fixerar med tunn ståltråd runt varje rulles midja. Förmodligen kommer jag att övergå till någon form av ringar i stället för tråd, detta för att kunna återanvända dem när de kallnat. Rulldiametern är 50-60 mm. Efter starteldning med ved lägges ett tiotal rullar in över några redan instoppade trän, och sedan avslutar jag med några trän överst. Kanske det inte skadar att emellan tidningsrullarna införa ett och annat vedträ. Min ved är finhuggen. Askan blir tät och gråaktig, och sotarna anser att jag har god förbränning. Ja, på detta sätt eldar jag bara då och då ; vanligen blir det konventionell eldning. Meddelas endast på detta sätt! Skäll ut mig om det inte passar! Hälsningar! W H.

Angenäm utskällning må jag säga! Av de två kategorierna tillhör jag den först nämnda ; jag har nämligen icke läst någon dagstidning sedan den åttonde maj 2006! Några mängder tidningar som eldas blir det således inte, men bara reklambladen bildar en liten bunt (Ja , inte så liten, så det blir ju några brasor!
