Ni som gjort egna kycklingbostäder till de nykläckta kycklingarna med eller utan mamma.
Vilka mått har ni på era burar?
Tänkte göra 2 eller 3 st på varandra.
Men vilken bredd, djup och höjd ska det vara?
Någon som har bilder vore kul också.
Höjden måste väl vara rätt höga va eftersom det står att avståndet från värmelampan måste va 60 cm minst.
Eller har ni den närmare kycklingarna?
Vore så tacksam för lite tips och råd så jag kan börja snickra snarast.

Jag har mina nyfödda höns och ankungar i en ator inne bur för kaniner, det fungerar super när det är plastlåda i botten, lätt att rengöra.
Lycka till med småttingarna.

Jag har flera burar , men den största kycklingburen är
byggd i två våningar...
Varje plan är ca 1,5 * 1,5 * 1m (L¤B¤H)
Om du bygger så stort så råder jag dej att ha 2 öppningar !
Jag har bara 1 öppning, en ganska stor...men det är bökigt att städa...
Jag har nog lampan ca 30-40 cm från kycklingarna.
För mej har det funkat att ha en höna med sina kycklingar i den buren...
Det har inte känts för trångt...
Ett tips är att bygga upp buren en bit från golvet...
Min står på ben, så att det finns golvutrymme under...
Om du inte vill bygga så höga burar...tex för maskinkläckta kycklingar,
utan mamma -höna....så kan du ju ha värmetak i stället för lampa..
Jag har en träskiva i botten, men funderar på att skaffa några meter vaxduk...
Vore skönt att kunna ta ut hela underlaget och tvätta...
Nu skrapar jag hela ytan varje dag...men det känns tidskrävande...
