Kom över ett parti kanstötta och övermogna päron och ska nu koka mos på dem.
Kan jag använda honung istället för socker? Tänkte att det skulle passa bättre smakmässigt till ost.

Jag har gjort päronmos (med socker) några gånger. Vill mest varna för att hållbarheten är ganska dålig, så jag rekomenderar att du tillsätter atamon, eller fryser in i lagom portioner. Inget kul när moset jäser/möglar >:(
Men annars är det gott - gärna till filmjölk, faktiskt :)

Mina föräldrar fick en burk av den i julklapp, enda problemet var att den tog slut för fort.

Fryser alltid in mos/sylt/saft i lagom portioner, gillar inte att äta konserveringsmedel.

...och om man vill öka hållbarheten utan atamon eller frys, kan man ta hälften päron/hälften lingon också. Funkar med äppelmos också. Blir ruskigt gott!! :)
