Som rubriken säger, när är det bäst att låta en höna ruva? Är det nu i februari eller längre fram?
Kort fråga.. ;)

Innan jag köpte min kläckare så lät jag mina hönor ruva fram
kycklingar med första kläck i maj och sista i augusti...
Då behövde jag aldrig värmelampa och de små kunde få gå ut rätt tidigt...
Några av kycklingarna som kläcktes här i vinter och hunnit bli 3 månader,
var ut en stund idag... Brrrr, även om solen lyste!
Allt beror kanske på hur varmt du har i ditt hönshus, hur bråttom du har med
att få värpklara hönor, om du har möjlighet att använda värmelampa...
Men, snart är det vår... ;D

Men jag vill ju att kycklingarna ska få vara ute och slippa frysa klorna av sig så det blir nog bäst om jag väntar tills det blir varmare...
