Hej,
Jag och min man (jag har akademisk husdjursexmen och han examen inom Livsmedel) funderar på att starta upp mejeriverksamhet, gärna med tillhörande mjölkproduktion. Vi letar efter likasinnade i Uppland som vi kan bolla idéer med alternativt starta produktionen tillsammans med. Hör gärna av er om ni finns där ute!

Jodå, mycket medvind i alla möjliga media och annat. Kul! Ska vara tjänstledig ett halvår för att bygga gethus. Naturligtvis för sent ute men hoppas det blir av innan snön i alla fall...

Vet inte om husdjuraren läser tråden längre men jag har en kollega som driver vallgarns gårdsmejeri i Enköpingstrakten så det är ju uppland. Det jag vet från henne är att hon är tveksam till om hon startat ifall hon visste hur mycket regler, kurser etc. man måste gå/följa. Och det tar ju etableringstid innan man kan ha det som heltidsjobb.
