Har en fråga ???
En ungtacka hos oss fick sitt lamm för ca. 48 timmer sen. jag har sett efterbörden kommer ut men det hänger fortfarande en ca. 25 cm lång sträng ur tackans slida. Vad ska jag göra går den av själv? hur länge ska jag vänta och vad kan jag göra?

Du ska inte göra något alls.

När lammet/lammen diar, stimuleras livmoderna att dra ihop sig, och då lossnar efterbörden lättare. Du kan ju prova om tackan låter Dig "leka lamm" och massera, smeka juvret. Om hon tycker det är pest, så blir det fel hormoner i hennes blod, men om hon tycker att det är skönt, så kan Du prova. Få biverkningar med denna metod! ;)

Tack ska ni ha då vänta jag lite till. tackan må bra lammen dia flitig.
Det kan inte blir någon infektion eller?

Infektionsrisken är störst om man drar eller klipper av strängen, för då halkar det kvarvarande tillbaka in och drar med sig skit... >:D
Låt det vara, det lossnar säkert. Du kan ju tempa tackan om det inte har lossnat efter 3 dygn sedan lammningen! Min erfarenhet är att om tackan har kastat så sitter strängen kvar längre, upp till en vecka! :o
