Hur ska jag vara säker på om det är en Tupp eller höna av Dv Silkes rasen?? Kläckte fram 10 st kycklingar i Feb och nu studerar jag och gissar kön.... Men känner mig osäker.
Kan någon hjälpa mig? För på Torsdag ska jag sälja bort 1 tupp och 2 hönor. Och då skulle det ju kännas bra om jag inte gav bort mina hönor endast =) Tacksam för svar!! =)

tupparna brukar ha en mer spretig frisyr, samt att de har större slör och större "kam" Det lilla man ser av kammen. De kan även vara lite större.
Mina dv silkes hönor hade en rund tofs, tupparna spretig tofs.

Silke är svåra och efter att ha haft rasen i många år skulle jag inte sälja en könsorterad grupp som bara är runt 3 månader... Alldeles för stor risk att göra fel.
Har man många tuppar ser de ofta ut som hönor och blommar inte ut i tuppskrud förrän konkuransen minskar...

Ok.... Vet inte om jag blev såå mycket klokare :S Men lite. Det är alltså svårt att se förstår jag. Alltså inte jag som var dum. Hahaha!!!
Då säger jag som det är när jag säljer dom, att jag inte vet vad dom får =)
Åsså hoppas jag att det åtminstonde blir EN höna kvar hos mig =)
