Funderar på att köpa ett 60-tals hus. Men de par som byggde huset har bott där hela tiden och båda rökte innomhus! Nu står huset tomt och man får allergianfall av att vara där inne. Det är vidrigt!!!!
Så nu undrar jag om man byter golv, innertak och väggskivor, kök och badrummen, får man bort lukten helt då eller går lukten ut i isoleringen? Det är hemskt där inne!!!! Och framför allt kan en allergiker visstas i huset utan att känna det ursprungliga inrökta äckel päckel lukten??
Är vi dumma om vi köper ett allt igenom inrökt hus?

Lite. Jag skulle nog sett mig om efter ett annat. Jag bodde forut i en lagenhet dar det lagats mycket kryddstark mat och den lukten gick aldrig ur vaggarna trotts att vi bytte det mesta som gick.
