Jag undrar om det är någon som har ett bra och gott recept på äggost.
Smakade på det för ett tag sen och det va riktigt gott!

Jag hittade ett recept på äggost i en av mina kokböckerJag har inte provat det själv men här är det för 6 pers
1 1/2 l mjölk 3%
1 dl fil
1 dl gräddfil
1 dl vispgrädde
1 tsk ättikssprit
4 ägg
1/-1tsk malen kardemumma
Blanda mjölk fil gräddfil vispgrädde ättiksprit och ägg i en stor kastrull
Sjud på svag värme under ständig vispning Ska inte koka
När blandningen skurit sig ordentligt ställ kastrullen brevid spisen 8-10min
Ta upp massan med en hålslev och lägg den i en äggostform
Eller lägg massan i en sikt eller durkslag som klätts med fuktade uppklippta kaffefilter eller gasväv
Ostmassan varvas med socker o kardemumma
Ställ in i kylskåp med en skål under Låt formen stå några timmar eller gärna över natten
Stjälp upp äggosten o servera med färska eller djupfrysta bär
Förr var detta en förningsrätt som man hade med sig till kalasen Mycket vanlig i Bohuslän
