Hej!
Ibland ser man så lockande recept på jordgubbs- och rabarbersylt men hos mig infaller inte säsongen för jordgubbar samtidigt med den för rabarber...
Bästa sättet att spara rabarber borde vara i frysen. Är det bara att stoppa in dem, delade och ev skalade, eller måste de förvällas? Eller blir de kanske så sega att det inte är värt att ens försöka frysa rabarber?

Det är bara att frysa! Dela i lagoma bitar och frys in i påsar eller lådor.

Sen kan du ha rabarber i citrusmarmelad när det är citrussäsong. Eller baka paj i april och lura grannarna att dina rabarber är jättestora jättetidigt ;)

Det var ett tag sedan jag frös in rabarber (den äts upp mesamma ;D men jag har för mig att det fungerade sämre om man sockrade den. Det vätskade sig.
