Skulle behöva lite tips på hur man löser sandbadet till hönan när hon är med kycklingar i buren. Buren är ca 70*150 cm, rastdelen alltså.
Har en liten platt bunke med sand till kycklingarna.

Jag är så elak att min höns inte får något sandbad när dom sitter i finkan 8)

Du kan inte ha torv som strö i innedelen då?

I husdelen har de spån, räcker det alltså.
I dag ställde jag ner en diskbalja med sand och jord en liten stund och gissa om det var populärt ;D
Hon sandbadade å det stog härliga till, när hon var klar tog jag ur baljan, några av kycklingarna hoppar väldigt högt märkte jag för de hoppade upp till mamma och undrade nog vad hon höll på med :o
Bra att veta att det inte är så nödvändigt i allafall.

Tänkte om du kunde ha bara torv istället för spån som underlag. Blandgruppen här har jord/torv över hela golvet som de balar i vart de vill när de vill.
