Är nu en stolt "hönsmamma" av iallafall två kycklingar än så länge. restarande tre hoppas jag kommer inatt =). Men guuud så små dom är! jag har ju glömt hur pytte dom är! Men sååå otroligt söta! speciellt när de tittar fram under höns mamman! :)

Det hade jag också! Alltså glömt hur små kycklingar verkligen är! Fast minsann ganska "morska" av sig, ganska snabbt, tycker jag.
Härom veckan kläckte jag fram min allra första kull i maskin, vilket var både intressant och spännande. Resultatet kanske inte var något att hurra över, av totalt 24 ägg bidde det endast 7 kycklingar, men men... Förut har jag annars bara erfarenhet från naturruvade kycklingar (vilket nog är det absolut charmigaste man kan tänka sig!!!) alt. att jag lämnade bort ägg till kläckning. Men jisses vad roligt det var att liksom följa proceduren i maskinen (King Suro 20) nu den här gången, även om jag givetvis hellre sett att en höna ruvat fram dem...
Det blev för övrigt rysligt tomt när de små, blott 2 dagar gamla, flyttade till min granne som skulle ha dem, jag saknade pip-pip-pip kan jag säga! :-)
Nu snart kläcks nästa omgång, hoppas på lite bättre resultat dock. Förra omgången var enbart blommehöns, nu är det både blommehöns och australorp i kläckaren. *håller tummarna*
