Kan man äta vilka solrosfrön som helst?
Och hur /vad ska jag göra med dem? Menar innan jag lägger dem i bröddegen eller salladen?
De flesta av mina blommor har gjort sitt, fåglarna får en del, ett antal sparar jag till nästa säsong.
Råd mottages tacksamt.

Har jag också undrat över. Hundöra. 70 har redan läst, ingen har svarat. ??? Många som undrar?

De solrosfrön du vill äta kan du:
Plocka ur fröna och så på fuktig tidning- solrosskott. Lite jord går åxå bra att så i.
Skala fröna och ät.
Skala fröna och grodda dem i en skål med lite vatten, över natten - 24 H, mixa med dadlar och lite vatten, ha som fruktsalladssås.
Torka hela kakorna hängda upp och ner, torrt och luftiga. Ge fåglarna i vinter eller ha till nästa års sådd.

Nu vet jag bättre. Jag sparar dem till fåglar och skörd...
Skala känns väl halvkul.
Fast det borde väl gå att rosta försiktigt och gnugga i handduk.
Ätliga är de tydligen i alla fall. Men Resenta är duktiga...

Mina ungar äter ju rostade och saltade solrosfrön , suger av saltet från skalet , spottar ut skalet o äter kärnan . MKt gott godis!
