Min o shamo har en mjuk fjäderlös svullnad på bröstbenet, som ej är krävan. Är relativt säker på att det är bursan på bröstbenet. Ömmar inte vad jag kan märka, men ska ju ej vara där. Vad göra??

Ett tips är att använda svenska ord då de flesta här inte är veterinärer eller läkare och därför inte så bevandrade i latin ;)
O Shamon ska vara fjäderlös på bröstet så det i sig är inget fel ;)

Svullnad är naturligtvis inte något som dom ska ha men inte helt ovanligt att tunga raser får på bröstbenet. Orsaken är många gånger att dom sitter och vilar hela sin tyngs på bröstbenet nattetid och då kanske på en något smal eller alltför rundad sittpinne.
En första åtgärd kan vara att skaffa en flat och bred (ca 10cm) sittpinne med bara avfasade kanter.

Förlåt det var inte riktigt meningen haha. Men visst är det väl bursan dvs " slemsäcken" på bröstbenet man ser??? på min alltså. Fjäderlösheten är alltså normal, men inte svullnaden. Trodde typ att kala fläcken var skav. Han/hon sover sittande på en bred platt planka, men med hela bröstet i som du säger, så då är det väl trycket som irriterat bursan. Kanske vaddera hyllan eller något??
