Har i år för första ggn. satt denna squash. Lite senare än annan squash är den och beter sig mer som gurkplantor,alltså ränner i väg över gräsmattan med långa revor.Har just fått mina första och undrar nu hur de skall se ut. De är just nu som rätt gigantiska päron vackert grönstrimmiga.Någon påstod att de skulle bli gula när de mognat???? Vanlig squash bör ju inte bli så stor gör jag rätt i att vänta eller får jag då bara ngt. träigt? Är ju sugen på att äta dem snart. ???

Butternut squash finns i butik ibland och då är den ganska ljust gul. Så jag tror nog du ska vänta. Det är ju en vintersquash, mognar sent men håller sig sedan i flera månader. Mycket god, jag är också sugen på att försöka odla.
