Det är väldigt mycket kråkbär nu i skogen. Jag har pressad ett par liter juice för att dricka direkt. Kråkbärsjuice gör jag utan socker. När jag häller den på glass så tillsätter jag en msk honung istället. Supergott och nyttigt. Ska göra mer denna vecka.
Men jag undrar om jag kan förvara juicen längre tid. Under hela vinter kanske? Kråkbär innehåller ju så mycket bensoesyra.. Har någon testat? Har ni några tips på förvaring? (jag kan inte ställa juicen i kylskåpet, finns inte plats)

ÅÅÅ den frågan skulle jag också vilja ha svar på har hittat massor av kråkbär detta år men ej plockat dom...
Men skulle det bli gott och gå att förvara vore det ju kanon.
