De etiopiska auberginen....
Anyway. Jag tillgade dem...smakade dem....och gav dem till hönsen!!!! :) Nånting mer beskt har jag nog aldrig smakat!!! :)

Jupp, självodlade från frö. Det var från en aubergine mix påse så jag visste inte vad det kunde bli. Busken blev stor och fin och så kom dom där små röda frukterna som inte liknar ngt jag tidigare sett. Som minipumpor typ. Google och hitta att det var etiopiska aubergine och att vissa tycker dom e oätliga.... Men hönsen älskade dem. As always. Där får man sällan klagomål på ens matlagning. :)

Går bra att äta. Vill man ha ur det bittra, skiva, strö med salt, tvätta av efter en halvtimme och stek i ghi eller bra olja helt enkelt. Blanda gärna med stekt potatis och kryddor.
