Jag har hittat en skatt i skogen !
Massor o massor av vildplommon !!
Förutom att dö av njutning när jag proppar i mej dom , vad kan man göra med plommon ?

Halvera, kärna ur och frys så kan du göra plommonpaj hela vintern.

Vi brukar frysa dom hela.
Vill man ha bort skalet så är det bara att spola varmvatten på dom är dom är frysta.
Då släpper skalet direkt.

Frys dem. När du sen vill ha kompott eller marmelad trillar kärnorna ur lättare än på färska.
Har du saftmaja kan du köra det i den och göra både saft och gelè.

Saft låter gott , har funderat på att göra äppelsaft oxå då kan jag göra bägga sammtidigt .

Sylt med stjärnanis och chutney såklart!

Jag har donat med plommon i helgen, både vilda och tama. Har gjort det "gamla" vanliga, sylt, saft och kräm. Gottigott!

Blanda med äpplen och koka ihop till ett gott (gröt)mos med socker, kanel, lite kardemumma och en vaniljstång :D
