Har en höna som jag idag upptäckte har gult, tjock illaluktande sekret i båda öron. Det är enligt mig var, om inte hönor har nåt speciellt öronvax eller nåt som jag missat.
Hon mår bra i övrigt, och ingen annan har detta eller ser konstig ut i öronen.
Någon som haft detta?

Min vita leghorn tupp har detta, har tagit en tops och petat försiktigt. Han verkar inte ha ont på något sätt, men kan tyckas höra sämre när han har öronen fulla med gojs. Har hört mig för här men ingen vet vad det är..

Fick utskrivet vetrimoxinpasta, 2 g/1kg höna 2 ggr dagligt i 5 dagar.
Fast jag är inte helt övertygad om att vet visste vad det var, men var är ju ett tecken på infektion så jag bad om nån bredspektrum-antibiotika helt enkelt, så får man hålla tummarna.
Hade man varit rik kunde man tagit en svabb på varet och odlat, för att se vad det rör sig om. Men nu vill jag mest döda bacillen bara...
