Gjorde iordning två hinkar med strimlade ekologiska grönsaker. Hade hällt kokande vatten i hinkarna. Samt i mixern som strimlade grönsakerna, på skärbrädan, kokat kniven som delade bl.a. mina kålhuvuden.
Packade hårt med en hög smal vasmtsom tillhygge. Även den kokad.
Hade en tallrik som tyngd i hinkarna. När jag inte var hemma så svällde grönsakerna. Grönsakerna åkte upp lite över vattenytan ett antal timmar, kanske en halv dag eller lite mer. Nu jag har kokat hanteltyngder och lagt på tallrikarna. Nu åker inget upp längre. Men det luktar illa i rummet med hinkarna.
Har mina grönsaker blivit angripna av oönskade bakterier? Eller ska det lukta prutt när luften bubblar upp ur vattnet?
Har jag använt för lite salt?
Kostade 100tals kronor de där fina grönsakerna. Samt att det nu är slut på säsongen. Håller min vinterreserv på att gå förlorad?
Hur kan jag rädda den i så fall?
