Ær det någon som prøvat att gøra sin egen julmust?
Jag hittar inga recept på nætet. Det hade varit fint att ha en egentillverkad tll jul :)

Leta efter recept på enbärsdricka, och gör den sedan mera sötad och mera kryddor (framför allt kryddnejlika=nejlikolja)

Min jullöl med enbär och mörk karamellmalt luktar som julmust.
Lite sötma och syra till det skulle antagligen bli väldigt likt.
Men visst måste olika bolag stoppa i lite egna ingredienser förutom den hemliga julmustessensen. Träffade på en vedervärdig för några år sen som förutom att den var obehagligt söt hade en distinkt smak av vanilj.

Enbärsdricka skulle jag också säga.. Har bara druckit det en gång (Brunneby musteris enbärsdricka) och jag kunde banne mig inte skilja smaken från jul-/påskmust.

Julmusten uppfanns visst av en invandrad tysk, som hade barndomens "malzbier" (ytterst söt maltdricka utan alkohol) i tankarna. Jag har försökt fixa julmust själv här i förskingringen, men inte kommit på det hemliga receptet (har googlat också). (Fast nu har jag kommit på en fusklösning - köper mustkoncentrat för bubbelvattenberedare på sommarlovet, så blir sonen glad till jul.) Det skulle dock vara kul att komma över det hemliga receptet.
