Hej!
En te-drickandes vän till mig berättade att hennes te färgades helt svart då hon rörde ned en tesked honung i te-t(hon fick samma resultat vid flera prov, honungen kommer inte ifrån mig, så jag har inte mera information än detta). Jag blev nyfiken och letade på webben, men hittade ingen information. Någon av er som råkat ut för detta eller har någon teori om vad det kan bero på?

Det händer hela tiden i det här vattnet i alla fall. Inte alldeles svart men det ändrar färg från varmt gul- eller rödbrunt till mörkare-gråare. Jag har ingen speciell teori som jag favoriserar kring detta.
Honung i vattenlösning innehåller peroxider som kan påverka både det ena och andra i vattnet. Dock tar det i allmänhet längre tid än några sekunder för att på ut peroxiderna i lösning i vatten, så jag vet inte om det är frågan om detta i tét.
Vad menas med oskattad honung? Det händer med alla typer av köpehonung i alla sorters té för mig.
