Måste erkänna! Jag var tvungen att tjuvsmaka julkorven jag gjorde igår och den blev så god! En enkel korv med julsmaker.
Om någon är sugen att testa kommer ett ungefärligt recept här.
300 gr fläskkarré
300 gr högrev
170 gr späck
4 dl kokt kall mjölk
2 msk potatismjöl
Salt
Vitpeppar
Svartpeppar
Kryddpeppar
Kryddnejlika
Muskotnöt
Malde köttet först på grov sen på fin skiva. Blandade med mjölken, potatismjölet och kryddorna. Provstekte för att få rätt kryddning. Arbeta smeten, som ska bli ganska lös, till den håller ihopp och blir klibbig.
Stoppade i krokfjälster. Gnid in med en blandning av 2 delar salt, 1 del socker och lägg att mogna i kylen ett par dagar.
