Hej vi har några gotlandsfår som grånar runt ögon och delar av huvud och framben under vintern när vi har dom installade. Mest utsatt är baggen.
På våren när dom börjar gå ute så för dom tillbaka sin svarta färg.
Vad beror detta på..Brist på nåt ämne eller ljus...? ???

Årstidsvariation finns även hos gutefåren, men jag tycker de brukar vara ljusast i ansiktet i början av sommaren.

Vi har också en finsk lantrastacka som grånar ibland, oftast på våren. Då har hon nästan en hel bläs, annars har hon bara en vit fläck i pannan och en på nosen. Vad det beror på vet jag dock inte, så jag sällar mig till frågeställaren.

Mina Åsenfår byter också färg, på sommar / vinter. Dem blir lite mörkare i ansikten på vintern, tydligare tecken. Och under våren blir vissa väldigt ljusa och några får brun färga blandat in på huvud och ben.
Ljusare ögonringar och mule har jag också under vintern hos dem som helsvart i ansiktet. Vet inte heller varför, är dock inte oroligt över det då alla i flocken verka byta mellan sommar och vinter färg.
