Jag har 2 ungtuppar, 8 mån samt 7 mån unga. Nu har de börjat ge sig på speciellt en höna, när en av dem parar sig med henne står den andra och drar henne i fjädrarna. När då den förste tuppen är klar kliver den andra på. De jagar henne runt, runt och hon blir väldigt stressad. Detta pågår oftast varje gång jag är hos dem. Hönan är dock fin i fjäderdräkten, men stressad. Ibland flyger hon upp på sittpinnarna. Ibland ger de sig på de andra unghönsen men oftast denna speciella höna.
Är detta normalt? Ska jag försöka skilja dem åt ett tag?

Så Har jag också haft det när tupparna inte slagits med varann utan tävlat om att få vissa hönor.
Nu har jag ju bara blandraser så jag har kunnat ta bort tuppar som inte funkat. Det har varit värst på sen sommaren när nya tuppar ska in och börja hävda sej. Men då har dom ju varit ute och hönan i fråga kunnat vara inne när tupparna varit ute osv.
Jag har inte skiljt dom åt men det kan vara värt ett försök. Har du möjlighet kanske du kan dela gruppen i 2. Har någon provat det?
