Alla ni som kan detta med färg!!!
det är 5st 4 veckors brahma från en grupp med blåsvart/guldsvart bandade
det är ju könsvisande färger.. så vad har jag fått?? kön?? färg??
Brahma nr 4 är mörkare än de andra och har inga riktiga tecken på de långa fjädrarna på vingarna.

Jag är ingen expert men jag skulle gissa på att nr4 är tupp och de andra hönor. Hönor brukar vara mer randade och tuppar ha mer enfärgat speciellt mellan skuldrorna kan man se om det är enfärgade röda fjädrar så är det tuppar (på svart och guldblåbandat).

Nu är jag hyfsat säker på att det är tre hönor och två tuppar av de 5 brahmorna..
Tupparna har blivit väldigt röda på ryggen och bröstet och svarta på halsen och hönorna håller sig "randiga" brun svarta. Stämmer det då tror ni??
Men hur vet man vilka som blir guld blå och vilka som blir guldsvarta?
Ser man det först när de är färdig befjädrade eller hur fungerar det?

Ha ha har du helt rätt i _polo_ , så det är väl bara guldsvarta då kanske? Fast är ju lite svårt med det blå som ju ändå är ganska mörkt, får ta ut dom i solen :)
den ena tuppen börjar bli sådär grönaktig på stjärtfjädrarna, men det har båda färgerna eller?
