Hej!
Ni som slaktar hemma för husbehov, var slaktar ni? Hur samlar ni upp blodet, hink på golvet bara? Var gör ni av blodet?

Jag slaktar utomhus,har byggt en trall av några reglar där jag klubbar och avblodar,inga stora blodmängder,en hink vatten så sköljer man lätt bort det,i övrigt så hängs kaninen upp i 2slakt krokar och tarmar mm samlas upp i en hink..

Utomhus vid en tall. Har hängt ett vedträ i en gren och hänger upp kaninen i vedträt. Tar inte reda på blodet. En hink med vatten och en för avfall.

Blir det inte en del snokande vilt om man bara låter blodet vara/sköljer bort det?

höll på ovanför badkaret sist. ganska praktiskt med handfat utmed och blodet sköljer man bara ner när man är klar. lite obekväm hållning blir det dock, så det går bra för en åt gången, men fler än två skulle bli lite jobbigt.
