jag ska hyra en bostad av en dansk medborgare, huset ligger här i sverige och nu undrar jag om någon vet något om de praktiska reglerna kring hyran? här i sverige kan du ju, om jag har fattat rätt, hyra ut ett hus för under 30000:- om året och på så sätt inte betala skatt på hyran? (man får ju tjäna det beloppet utan att skatta per år....väl?) min blivande hyresvärd sa att hon kommer bli tvungen att betala skatt i både sverige och danmark, stämmer det? gäller den där "maxförtjänsten" för henne med eller hur blir det? nån som är insatt som har nån pejl på det här tro?? jag har det då inte.... ::)

Tjäna 30 000:- utan att betala skatt. Har jag aldrig hört talas om.
Men hur det funkar att hyra ut vet jag eftersom vi har en fastighet som vi hyr ut.
Du får ett schablonavdrag på 21 000. Sedan får du dra av 20% av resten av hyran.
Så vi som har hyrt ut ett hus för 60 000:-/året
60 000:- minus 21 000:- =39 000:- minus 20% (7800:-) =31 200:- minus 30% skatt= 9360:-
Alltså skatten är 9360:- på 60 000:- för oss.
På 30 000:- så blir skatten 2160:- om jag räknat rätt.

Om danska staten kräver beskattning kan ägaren begära avdrag av tidigare betald skatt i sverige.
