Vi måste slakta en av våra drakar pga att han är en sån bråkstake.
Nu funderar vi på om det går att äta en anka som är två år?
Har någon gjort det?
Smakar det gott? Segt? Torrt?
Hängas..?
Eller är det bara att kasta bort...?

Man kastar bara bort kött från sjuka djur! Självklart går det att äta. Det handlar mera om att anpassa tillagningen. Gamla djur = låg temperatur och lång tid.

Exakt! Och äldre djur har mer smak, och tätare textur, så de är mer mättande. Rätt tillagade blir de jättemöra, smakrika och mättande. En delikatess som man inte kan köpa för pengar i landet brunsås där ingen längre kan laga mat.
Fråga någon gammal farmor eller mormor, så ska du se att de har goda recept på att tillaga äldre djur.
Jag skulle dessutom äta hjärta och muskelmage. Lever äter jag inte på djur som är äldre än 1 år, samma med njure, men den äter man ju inte på fjäderfä, eftersom den är mest fett.

Ja, då blir det till att leta recept då, för det finns varken farmor eller mormor att tillgå! ;-)
Ser att jag var alldeles för snabb med att lägga ut tråden.. Den hamnade under Gäss istället för Ankor!
