Hej alla ni som ännu inte hunnit göra slut på pepparkaksdegen, och som inte har lust att stressa med pepparkakor i sista minuten!
I år gjorde jag följande när jag märkte att jag varken hade tid eller lust att kladda med mjöl och pepparkaksmått:
500 g pepparkaksdeg knådades med 1 dl mandelflagor. Degen formades till en rektangulär klump och stoppades in i frysen.
När klumpen frusit togs den fram igen, och fram plockade jag även osthyveln och började hyvla små ojämna, tunna mandelpepparkaksbitar.
De oregelbundna bitarna lades på bakplåtspapper och stoppades in i ugnen i 175 grader i 5-10 minuter.
Det blev jätttelyckat och gick racerfort!

Och har man inte ens "tid" till detta men ändå vill ha god doft i huset, så köp färdiga pepparkakor och grädda dem i ugnen en kort stund - sprider doft och julglädje även det ;)
