Med 25% verkningsgrad, vad ska man säga?
Det finns massor av saker med bättre ekonomi i.
Att ta reda på lågvärdig spillenergi för att öka verkningsgraden en aning som de talar om i artikeln medför merkostnader som gör att det fortfarande blir hopplöst dåligt totalt sett.

Jag har en känsla av att just brittiska energitekniker sedan urminnes tider har varit förtjusta i projekt som innebär att de får leka med rolig teknik, sedan spelar kostnader och energiekonomi ingen roll alls.
Under första världskriget satsades miljontals pund i dåtidens valuta på ett projekt som gick ut på att kola torv i vått tillstånd (dvs torven blandades med vatten till en välling och den utsattes för högt tryck och hög temperatur i några timmar), för att kunna pressa den till briketter. Den där processen gjorde av med mer energi i form av stenkol än vad man någonsin skulle kunna få ut av att elda briketterna...
