Behöver få hjälp med något gott Oliv eller Vitlöksbröd som är saftigt & gott o:)
Tänkte försöka lära mej bara lite mer bröd ::)

Jag har inget recept i huvet, bakar jæmt ændå! Några recept på kakor som jag bara bakar till høgtiderna ær de enda uppskrifter som jag behøver. Men ta ett grundrecept før ljust matbrød och gør som nedan.
Endast 10-15 g jæst till en liter degvætska. Om det står bara vatten, så byt ut 1/3 av vattnet mot naturell yoghurt. Havssalt (ger bættre smak æn vanligt salt.) Till en liter degvætska tar du 1 dl olivolja. 2 dl kalamataoliver -kærna ur och hacka, och 2 dl grøna oliver med vitløk och hacka dom också. Om du vill kan du hacka ned lite soltorkade tomater också. Stæll degen svalt och låt kalljæsa i ett dygn. Baka ut på vanligt sætt. Om du vill kan du strø lite flingsalt på brøden. Eller pensla dom tunt med lite youghurt utblandad med vatten. Om du gør stora brød så ær det bra att sætta på høg ugnsværme først så att du får en hård skorpa och sænka værmen då brøden børjar få færg. Då får du knaprig skorpa och saftiga brød. Lycka till! :)
