Finns det fler än jag här som gör sin egen choklad?
Hur får ni sötningsmedlet att blanda sig med resten? Det enda jag har lyckats med är honung. Socker klumpar ihop sig i botten och olika sortes sirap "rinner ut" ur chokladen när den stelnar. I köpechoklad hindrar dom väl sånt med sojalecitin tror jag, men jag vet inte vart man får tag på sånt.

Köper du kakao och kakaosmör då? Var får du tag på kakaosmör?

kakaomassa och kakaosmör. Nu bor jag i Norge, så beställer från kinsarvik.no eller okosjokolade.no, men finns det i Norge så finns det nog i Sverige också. Hälsokostbutiker och rawfoodshoppar kan tänkas ha båda (enda svenska jag har i huvet just nu är råvarubutiken). Såna som säljer diverse vegetabiliska oljor, vaxer eller råvaror till hemgjorda skönhetsprodukter kan tänkas ha kakaosmör (första jag tänker på är crearome), välsorterade godisbutiker kan tänkas ha 100% choklad, dvs. kakaomassa, men den brukar vara dyr där.
