Har använt mig av muurikka en hel del under det senaste året. Har lagat det mesta på den och det blir ju ofantligt gott och det är ju hur kul som helst. Så nån direkt novis på "muurikkaområdet" är jag väl inte direkt. Men har nån av er här på forumet pysslat något med detta? Har ni några kul tips och ideer att dela med er av? Söker lite ny inspiration

Tyvärr har min Muurikka varit i sitt fodral alldeles för mycket men det ska bli kul att få lite tips som kanske gör att den åker fram.

Min vän som driver Kryddburken har Muurikka som sponsor på sin matblogg och har framförallt i sommras skrivit endel vad hon gör med den och recept. Gissar att hon har en kategori som heter Muurikka då hon är oerhört frälst vid den sortens matlagning.

Pannkakor!
Jag har min stekhäll i uteköket, det blir mycket pannkakor och wok-style. Jag tycker pannan passar bäst till snabba rätter, skall man råsteka potatis är det bra att den är fintärnad eller tunt skuren.
Oftast när jag kokar potatis eller pasta kokar jag mer än än portion och när man kör wok-style är det bara att ha i det i slutet så att det blir varmt. Vill jag ha stekt potatis brukar jag steka den först och sedan flytta upp den på kanten för efterstekning.
Ett högt lock är bra så kan man steka puffbröd och bondomelett/frittata.
