Är det någon som har erfarenhet av soymaster?
Låter ju fantastiskt bra och kan ju löna sig ganska snabbt
om mjölken blir bra.
Någon som testat?

Ja det slutade med att jag beställde en och är hur nöjd som helst.
Har inte testat något annat än sojamjölk ännu men mjölken blir
hur bra som helst, snabbt och smidigt och lättskött.

Har också funderat på en, men det jag gillar med köpesojamjölk är att man slipper den något beska smaken från sojabönan, som dom på något sätt trollar bort. Mayla, har du lyckats med det?

Jag märker faktiskt ingen besk smak på mjölken. Kanske beror på att mina bönor ofta ligger i blöt ganska länge.
Jag har alltid en omgång blötlagd i kylen.... dessutom tar jag bort så många "skal" jag kan. Saltar liite och sockar liite.....

Den beska smaken beror på ett enzym i sojabönan. Rekommendationen är att värma upp bönorna antingen efter att de blötlagts innan man mixar, eller värma upp de råa bönorna innan de blötläggs.

Aha, måste vara därför jag inte känner något bittert då kanske för Soymastern värmer (kokar) ju bönorna innan den mixar.
