Hej!
Jag sitter och funderar lite. Hur många hektar vall behöver en besättning av 100 tackor i södra Sveige för att klara vintern om man tar hö? Rasen är gutefår.

Jag har hört siffran 4 tackor med lamm per ha om man tar vinterfoder till dem på den ytan. Som ett riktmärke alltså, det kan såklart variera kraftigt beroende på markens kvalitet. Så 100 tackor behöver då 25 ha hyfsat bra vall.

Häromkring säger bönderna ca 1 ha per köttko med kalv, och 1 ha per växande ungdjur sommaren därpå.
